Bob Barsanti began his career in insurance in 1980, upon graduating from California State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management.  He joined Sanford & Tatum Insurance Agency in 2000 as Sales Manager and was appointed Vice President in 2003.   Bob acquired the Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 2009.  Bob is licensed in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.  Throughout his insurance career, Bob’s roles have included Automobile Claims, Marine Specialist, Commercial Marketing Representative, Senior Production Underwriter and Sales Specialist/Team Leader.

Dee Bartlett joined Sanford & Tatum Insurance Agency in 2001 after beginning her insurance career in 1976.  She acquired her Property and Casualty License in 2001, her Personal Lines ACSR designation in 1992, and her Commercial Lines ACSR designation in 2003.  Dee was promoted to Commercial Lines Supervisor in 2002 and then appointed as a Vice President of Sanford & Tatum Insurance Agency in 2003.  Dee is currently pursuing her Certified Insurance Counselor.

Esther Mendez began her career in insurance in 1971 and joined Sanford & Tatum Insurance Agency in 1972.  She acquired her Property & Casualty License in 1980.  Esther was promoted to Personal Lines Supervisor in 1979 and appointed Audit Manager in 2010.  She was then appointed Vice President of Sanford & Tatum Insurance Agency in 2003.

Jim Moore joined Sanford & Tatum Insurance Agency in 2002 as an Account Executive and offices out of the Snyder office.  He began his career in insurance and acquired his Property & Casualty License in 1990.  He was named a Vice President of the agency in December 2011.  Jim's area of expertise is found in oil & gas insurance coverage.  He is in the process of pursuing his Certified Insurance Counselor designation.

Rhonda Thomack began her career in the insurance industry when she joined Sanford & Tatum Insurance Agency in 1984.  She received her ACSR designation for Personal Lines in 1990 and Commercial Lines in 1997. She then received the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor in 2003.  Rhonda specializes in group benefits including Health, Life, 401K, Cancer, Disability, Section 125.  Rhonda was recognized as a Vice President of the agency in 2006.
